This colourful bunch packs a powerful punch - awakening the senses and calming you down!  With flowers of Rose, Lavender, Chamomile & Wild Chamomile, and buds of Lime, this tea will sooth and enhance your sleep.  To these we have added flowers of Dandelion, Red Clover & White Clover,  the zests of oranges & lemons,  and Cinnamon Bark - highly prized for thousands of years for its medicinal properties.

All ingredients in this tea are harvested from our farm, with the obvious exception of cinnamon & citrus fruits - but we are careful to source these from trusted organic sources.

Feel free to add a drop of raw honey to your steeped tea - and sit back and relax!
